Jan has been a Registered Migration Agent for over 14 years with TIG and was one of the co-founders of the organisation. As one of our senior agents, Jan’s wealth of knowledge on migration policy and legislation is impressive, She has experience across all visa subclasses and heads up our corporate migration division, looking after business client needs both in Australia and Overseas. Additionally, she works on all family visa categories. Jan’s background within the legal industry prior to Migration is certainly an advantage and with her outstanding reputation within the industry. Jan’s MARN is 0100596, and she is also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia.
RADMILA POZNOVIA
SENIOR MIGRATION AGENT
Radmila has worked as a Registered Migration Agent since 1999. She has over 18 years’ experience in employer sponsored, student, independent and family visas. During thistime, she also worked at the WA State Migration centre processing WA State Sponsorship Application and Victoria University skills assessments. Radmila holds a bacheloris degree in international business from Curtin University and is an active member of theMigration Institute of Australia. Radmila also speaks Yugoslavian languages — Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian. Radmila’s MARN is 0534216 and she is also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia.
EMMANUEL SOLANA
Emmanuel has been working in migration since 1997, boasting more than 21 years. The team at TIG call on Emmanuel for his knowledge and incredible memory recall across all aspects of the Migration process. Emmanuel will be the person to follow clients for documents requested by their Migration Agent. Emmanuel is not a Registered Migration Agent and cannot give advice to clients but will forward any request for advice to the team of Registered Agents he works with. Emmanuel, is also fluent in Cebuano, Tagalog and Waray spoken in the Philippines
BARBARA LUYBEN
ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Barbara joined us in 2006 and manages our accounts and keeps everything running like clockwork in our office. Barbara has strong foundations in accounts and administration having worked across multiple industries including government, education and technology – just to name a few! We are an international bunch here at TIG and Barbara herself has lived in three countries and speaks three languages fluently!
LANCE FEE
FOUNDER, SENIOR MIGRATION AGENT
Lance previously spent 14 years at the Senior Executive level of the Australian Commonwealth Government, the last seven of which he was appointed as a Member of the Immigration Review Tribunal. Lance has been a Registered Migration Agent since 1997 with the MARN 9790067. Lance is also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia, Lance handles our appeal workload at the AAT. Looks after the marketing and company IT.
